Your reactions to stress are interfering with the outcome you desire. Let’s change that.

Help for athletes, first responders, executives and patients.

The little things? The little moments? They aren’t little.

Welcome

Becky Pape, MBSR & Self-Compassion Teacher

My mission is to teach people about the automatic reactions that keep them from thriving in life. Whether you are a cancer patient, first responder, athlete, or an executive, learning how to train your nervous system to be more responsive is crucial. When your nervous system can respond instead of react, the clarity that ensues will strengthen your ability to make the right choices. This will lead you to the outcomes you want.

TESTIMONIALS

NFL Pro Bowler | College Students | Business Executive | And More

“I now understand the importance of daily mindfulness training because of Becky. She introduced me to the tools I use to ground myself daily by doing activities that increase my vibrations. Whether intentional breathing reps, working through visualization, or body scans, all are essential to my life today. I can't thank Becky enough. The most important thing I've learned from Becky is that there's no perfect way to do it, even when I fail to practice how I need to. Awareness of myself keeps me going and getting back to it.”

More from what people are saying . . .

Having taken this MBSR class, it has benefited me in many ways. Our lives are so busy and we don’t realize how stress is affecting us. This class has allowed me the tools to take a pause, assess the situation and learn to exist with the stress, anxiety, over thinking, judgment and give them the space without overtaking me. I am truly appreciative of your kindness and understanding through the course. I will miss seeing everyone on Thursdays. I’ve already been able to diffuse situations, accept where I’m at, and teach my son these tools, too.
