My Values

I want to make this world a better place. I start by first offering encouragement, compassion, understanding, warmth and kindness to all those that cross my path. That is the foundation that supports all my work and aids me in bringing mindfulness practices and concepts to those who are seeking relief from their own suffering.

Testimonials

Learning mindfulness and compassion was such an eye-opening experience. I learned the value of not just being loved and compassionate towards others, but most importantly, towards the person inside yourself. I have also found gratitude for even the smallest things in my life. Becky created such an inviting and safe environment to practice meditation. It was always a pleasure to be in the presence of her positive personality. In a world often full of hate and criticism, this course teaches you to always be compassionate, to always be mindful, and to always act with love.

She taught me to not get caught up with little things throughout the game and to focus on the big picture. The objective is to win the game not necessarily a particular inning. So in the scenario where we might not have had the best inning, that's okay. Don't make a bad inning a bad game. She opened my mind to that kind of thinking. She taught me how to stay calm when everything seems to be moving 1000 mph and how to regain my composure. She gave me tools I plan on using for the rest of my life. I was a huge fan of having Mrs. Pape and I believe she would benefit any team that she works with.
