Mindfulness-Based Cancer Recovery (MBCR)
Mindfulness-Based Cancer Recovery (MBCR) is a structured group program, which teaches individuals the principles of mindfulness and how to apply them to deal more effectively with stress, illness, and the demands of daily life. The program consists of body awareness exercises, meditation, gentle yoga, in conjunction with daily home practice, both formal and informal.
